Week 1

LPCC Men’s League Chronicle – Week #1
Brought to you by: Men in khaki shorts, too many swing thoughts, and the eternal hunt for birdies.
Hilltop Hazards Hit the Summit!
The Hilltop Hazards, led by the ever-focused Shawn Petchlichov, climbed to the top of the mountain this week, planting their flag in victory and reminding the rest of the league that they are, in fact, hazardous to your leaderboard health. Smooth swings, clutch putts, and possibly a little luck (or bribery?) secured them this week’s team win. Well done, gentlemen!
Individual Brilliance
While teams battled for the W, a few lone wolves stepped up and made the course their personal playground:
Low Gross: John Paul Santarelli, all the way from Stoney Creek, carded a score so clean it could double as a Tide commercial. Precision, poise, and just the right amount of swagger.
Low Net: Peter Scott brought the heat with his stellar net performance, proving that sometimes, the only thing better than a good round is a strategically handicapped good round.

Upcoming
Van De Velde Bib is returning for week 2. If you are blessed with the highest score of the day you will be eligible for a $25 F&B credit. One catch is that you must wear the bib in the clubhouse the following Thursday, get your picture taken and send it to our email HERE

Check your email or your clipboard—this week’s flights are attached. They’re organized, color-coded, and possibly more accurate than your last approach shot.
Did You Know?
Take a look at the bottom of the flagstick. About 12" up from the end, there’s a black ring of tape. That’s your Gimme Length. If your ball is outside this, you’re putting it out. No more “that’s good” from 5 feet away. We see you. (Diagram attached for the visually inclined.)
